I hope you have all had a great Thanksgiving day… Eaten lots of food and spent some time with family and loved ones. Hopefully you took at least a few moments to think about the blessings in your life – after all, isn’t that kind of the point of Thanksgiving in the first place? Being thankful is something we can do every day though, and not just once a year. In fact recent studies from the emerging field of Positive Psychology confirm that thankful people are happier, healthier, and live longer. Take time regularly to reflect on your own life and list the good things that you are grateful for. Develop an attitude of gratitude, and not only will you appreciate more of what you already have, but your life will start to get better and better!
