More and more people are spending a good portion of their day in front of a computer. There are many benefits to our modern technology, but one drawback is the toll it takes on our bodies. In particular, computer viewing makes it easy to lapse into poor posture with rounded shoulders with your neck craning forward. This inevitably creates a great deal of stress and tension in the neck and shoulders. I have created a short video to show you a simple but highly effective stretch to loosen up these areas. This stretch can be done many times throughout the day, as often as necessary.
