When Knee Pain isn’t Knee Pain…

Sometimes when you have unexplained knee pain, the problem is not actually in the knee at all, but may be in the lower back or even the feet.  What happens is the restriction in these other areas changes the mechanics of how you walk and can cause abnormal strain on the ligaments of the knees.  This strain is not enough to cause significant damage to the knee itself, but does result in pain.

So if your knee pain is not the result of a traumatic injury but just seemed to appear out of nowhere, get checked out by a chiropractor to see if the real problem is somewhere else.
